The service was disappointing. There was a long line, and the staff seemed visibly frustrated. The attendant was getting impatient with the kids who were trying to choose their ice cream flavors and didn't allow them enough time to decide. You could see the attitude on his face. If you're busy, it's best not to let that show to the customers.

The fruit tea didn't resemble the picture at all and tasted terrible. I ordered the 'pineapple peach' from Riccarton Mall, and I definitely do not recommend it.

The ice cream was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. Our kids especially enjoyed the sprinkles and umbrellas on their ice cream!

Wow, both times I've visited, the drinks have been fantastic! I'm also very pleased with the service.

Disappointing customer service. I asked a straightforward question and received an unpleasant response. I won't be returning, thank you.
