Zur Schanz KG - Ebbs

We have been going to eat there for 15 years regularly a few times a year. it was almost always very good. the map varied, interesting and seasonal, but not turned off.The **** had a phase a few years ago, where it didn't fit. when eating there were a few times in a row several mängel, it didn't taste good. then we and our friends were no longer there (maybe there was an unmotivated chef?)But now it is again wonderful, all very good. the food as well as the personal service that is still great here. kellner max is anyway a jewel :-) and to be highlighted.Most people have normal, usual and quality prices. the swirl roast around € 19,90 is clearly too expensive (if it is not gilded), but otherwise it fits. Conclusion: always happy, thank you

Even if you only search the house with a small time window, you find something in the diner card and is very well served.

We were in ebbs for lunch. the wetin personally takes care of the guests and their staff was also courteous, fast and friendly. the Tyrolean cuisine tastes good and also the trout left no wish open.

In the **** you can eat very good lunch or dinner. the dishes are very fine dressed and a pleasant Austrian touch. Unfortunately, in the carving in the wall was a piece of metal plaster sponge - well! that should not happen, but must say that after this note the employees have tried to make the fauxpas good again with a nice gesture. we're coming back.
