Old fashioned diner atmosphere complete with stools & counter top. The cooking is done in front of the customers.

Really small spot that is a little hidden away. Serves great home cooked meals. It is very small and just has one row of stools against the counter. Food is great and comes out a decent pace. It's all cooked in front of you. The two woman working were friendly and VERY busy. The menu is standard diner food at a decent price. There are few unique items like bibimbap.They make their own home fries and don't have French fries though.Great little takeout.

Want to visit a small local restaurant and be extremely surprised? Try Joe's Diner. Friendly, Tasty, big portion, healthy ingredients, and cozy.... When I travelled to Eastern Canada twice from Toronto, I visited this place both times, two years apart, and very very happy both times and stays in my memory. Love to go again.

We had breakfast at Joes. Delicious homemade bread and potatoes. Excellent friendly service. It is not fancy of course but it beats any of those fast food tasteless retaurants for breakfast!

I was here twice in Oct of 2015. Its a great greasy spoon diner. It's low brow, unpretentious, and a good value. The decor feels like it hasn't changed from the 50's and the food is classic and delicious. To add to this the menu has an interesting fusion of canadian / korean food with options such as a very north americanized bibimbap and bulgogi. I would highly recommend this hidden gem! It was my favourite place to eat while visiting Fredericton!
