Feedback gevenMy family and I felt very welcome. Great staff, great location! The food is served quickly, it is well done and delicious. The playgrounds were perfect for the children.
We used this hotel to make a stopover and decided to stay two days. You have a spa. So much, so lush. Excellent place for a rest. Very close to Salzburg. Also good location for a walk. The restaurant is what you would expect in Austria. Great value for money. Not as luxury as the wellness, but great!
Fantastic menu, including some very traditional dishes. Nice views to the mountains and only a few km from the centre
Over the last few years the staff gets really very unfriendly and arrogant. they just want your money. the food is like in an sodexo restaurant for 2000 people. a really shame for salzburg.
Although the place is decent, the decor was a bit old as an old home. It is also not a convenience store in the middle of nothing, i.e. no amazement nearby. Your own Restaraunt closes at 21:30, so you... limited food options. But the worst part of my stay was the lack of coordination between her own staff, which led to the hotel charging us 450 € extra, which was extremely unfair and not our fault. Just because they couldn't settle this during our check-out for over an hour and we were too late for our flight, we had to pay the fee that was as much as we paid for our entire stay. So we paid almost twice. We were a group of 2 families and I was not happy with the size and general feeling of the Junior Suite and when I asked for options for a change of the room, they offered us very nicely an adjacent room with no extra charge for 2 of the 3 nights we were free. We clarified twice about the fees and were told that the hotel gave us many rooms for free in the nights they gave us the room for free. Also during my booking I had called and said that I was unable to enter the details of the children with us and I was told that, as the children were small, there was no fee for the children. After check-in they informed us that they will charge us for the children with a concessional price of 10 €/day and as they gave us an additional room, I agreed to pay for the children, although they had told me there would be no fee at the time of booking. At check-out there was another person at the reception and she calculated us for the additional room and calculated us € 40 / day per child. She was very uncooperative to understand what we tried to explain to her. When we asked about the manager, he didn't charge us for the room, but still charged us 40 €/day for the children per child. That was totally against what we were told. But an hour had passed and we even had to pay about € 60 as waiting costs for the 3 taxis, who waited an hour to understand all this, so we paid and rushed to the airport. I even wrote to the hotel three times before they post this, but they decided to ignore my email and not even have the courtesy even to answer. We were extremely disappointed by their behaviour and the fact that they have accused us of something completely different, which was told us about their own staff. I give her customer service and fairness a total thumb down
