Feedback gevenWriting this review to share the horrible and traumatic experience our friends encountered with this hotel. All of their items were taken, including passports and important documents, mind you, even shoes and instant food! They were asleep in their room when it happened, might have been tampered with substance that will make them sleep deeper. One lock has been busted, the others were looking at signs of inside job. My friends were shocked and traumatized and got help from embassy. But the police wouldn't disclose the CCTV. Please save yourself from having a horrible experience and do not book in this hotel. They should compensate our friends for the inconvenience and trauma brought about by their lack of enforcement on their staff.
I do not know what the property management do but it's horrible. Issue 1. Passenger lifts there are 4 lifts but very poorly maintained and for the past 2 weeks 2 are out of order. 2. There are no service lifts but all equipments for cleaning or maintenance are using the same passenger lifts. 3. Although 2 lifts are working, it's still not in a good condition. It often breaks down. Ultimately, you need to wait at least 10 15mins before you can get a lift to reach your floor. It's pathetic to say that least. The views are great but it's not worth it if the management doesn't maintain the property. My advice is to stay away until the situation improves.

During my recent hotel stay, I encountered a series of unfortunate events that left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. Not only was my room plagued with an unpleasant odor, but I also faced additional frustrations with the incompetence of the technician staff when it came to resolving a simple TV channel problem. The overpowering smell in the room was an immediate turn-off and made it challenging to relax or enjoy my stay. I immediately brought the issue to the attention of the hotel staff, hoping for a swift resolution. However, despite their promises to address the problem, the odor persisted throughout my entire stay, making it an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. To compound matters, I experienced difficulties with the television in my room. Certain channels were not functioning properly, and I was unable to access the programs I desired. Seeking assistance, I reached out to the technician staff for support. Unfortunately, their lack of competence became evident as they struggled to identify the issue or provide an effective solution. Their attempts to fix the TV were futile, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Despite my repeated requests for assistance and communication with the hotel management, the problems persisted. The smelly room and the incompetent technician staff created an incredibly unpleasant experience that fell far below my expectations. A hotel should strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for its guests, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Regrettably, in this instance, both the smelly room and the inability of the technician staff to resolve the TV channel problem added to my overall dissatisfaction. I sincerely hope that the hotel takes my feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to rectify these recurring issues. Guests deserve a hassle-free and pleasant experience during their stay, and it is crucial for hotels to uphold high standards of customer service and address any concerns promptly. Reflecting on my unhappy experience with the smelly room and the incompetent technician staff, it serves as a reminder of the importance of attentive staff, effective problem-solving, and maintaining a comfortable environment for guests.
If you 're thinking of staying here, DON 'T. You 'll find WAY better place elsewhere for even better rates. Upon checking in, they gave us a free upgrade to an apartment unit. We thought we were lucky until we were greeted by a pungent smell akin to sewerage upon entering the unit. The floors were rather dusty and the bedroom floor was covered with scrape marks. There was NO hot water. Kitchen sink had a terrible leak. Discovered crusty utensil in the drawer. Doorknob was hanging by a thread. Toilet seat was completely loose and nearly came off. TV had no viewable channels and no screen-sharing function. Wi-Fi was terribly slow and requires you using different passwords per day. Lift took AGES and it 's especially worse during the weekend. Wanted an enjoyable vacation but my family and I ended up feeling super stressed instead. Instead of staying for 2 nights like we originally intended, we checked out after the 1st night. Terrible.
