Feedback gevenI recently had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks that left me extremely dissatisfied. I went to their drive-thru anticipating quick and convenient service, but instead, I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes. Such a prolonged wait time is simply unacceptable. Not only was the delay excessive, but the lack of communication from the Starbucks staff was truly disappointing. There were no updates or apologies, which made me feel neglected and unimportant as a customer. It’s disheartening when a company doesn’t prioritize its customers’ time or keep them informed about delays. Additionally, the long wait threw off my schedule and created unnecessary stress. I had chosen Starbucks for its reputation for quality service and efficiency, but this experience completely shattered those expectations. It’s truly disheartening to see such a decline in their service standards. I understand that delays can occasionally happen, but a wait of over 45 minutes is unreasonable, especially in a drive-thru situation where convenience and efficiency are crucial. This experience has made me reconsider whether I want to continue supporting Starbucks in the future. I hope Starbucks takes customer feedback seriously and addresses this issue promptly. As a customer, I believe it’s essential for businesses to respect and value their patrons' time. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with Starbucks fell far short of this expectation. And I'm still stuck waiting in the drive-thru.

The baristas at this location are so friendly and happy! The service is great! Big thank you to the manager at closing time on May 10/23, you made my day! Keep up the amazing magic you all create while wearing your beautiful smiles!
Went threw the drive threw took my oder everything was fine. until i went to grab my drinks i was to far from the curb and the lady giving me my drinks was very rude about it “ i can’t reach you , you’re way to far away “ in a very snappy voice just overall a very rude and ignorant worker i think she will do better mopping the floor !
