Robert Harris Timaru

We've visited several times and have always found it to be an excellent spot with delicious food and great service, all in a convenient location.

The food was good, but the service could use some improvement. The person I was with had to ask multiple times about their drink order after being overlooked a few times. It was a bit disappointing, especially since the staff had been friendly on previous visits.

I waited 22 minutes for a coffee this morning. It would have been nice to receive a heads-up that there were 15 pre-ordered coffees ahead of mine.

Music to loud and having the door open to road means road noise as well. People were talking loudly to hear each other. On the plus side it is the first place I've had a crossiant that was actually warm all the way through

Waited more than 35 mins for two meals wasn’t busy, everyone else there was having cabinet food, wasn’t lunchtime. No apology given. The person who had cabinet food was given theirs straight away which meant they had finished 20 mins before we got ours.
