Oh dear, we experienced a less than friendly welcome at this restaurant. After ordering drinks and appetizers, we waited 23 minutes before the waitress informed us that they had run out of appetizers and that our drinks would be delayed because the bartender was in the kitchen. We were also informed that our meal would take a while, so we asked how long. The waitress responded, "One hour, maybe longer, who knows..." Disappointed with the service, we decided to go eat at the bowling alley across the street instead. We were looking forward to trying this restaurant, but hopefully they can improve their customer relations in the future. I will keep an open mind.

I liked it quite often

We were a group of 12 people who had made a reservation two weeks in advance for this restaurant. Upon arriving, we discovered that another group of 30 people had also reserved, which made the restaurant quite crowded. Unfortunately, we were not given the option to pre-order our food. It took an hour and a half for our meals to arrive, which may seem exaggerated but is true. I sympathize with the understaffed team, who seemed overwhelmed by the workload. Only one out of three servers apologized and explained the delay in our food. When we finally received our meals, we were disappointed by the quality considering the price. I have to agree with previous reviewers; some improvements are needed at this restaurant.

Such a shame. We live in the area and were very excited to try it out. Let’s see if they can do better on customer relations... I’ll keep you updated

Bra käk, frostad Norrlands with glove roof, free onfyding the child's läsk, good stämning och you can see all typ sports. The enda minuset är att one nästa never gets oh ner själv för the child och frugan all time vill följa with... The person och ägarna looks all time to have it bra och full letdat with popcorn so we vuxna can relax. Ni gör ett sjukt bra jobb Simon och Micke with personal! Keep up the good work!
