If you visit or live here you do not want to miss this wonderful family restaurant. the delicious cuisine is enjoyed in the beautiful garden in the summer months and in the winter months they will enjoy cozy decoration inside....The staff is friendly and very good to help their customers. we always felt at home for the many paintings we ate at spiff. our popular Wiener restaurant, which is easily accessible by publicity and allows them the weinberge and the Wienerwald von wien.

Pfiff 's Käse Spätzle is a very tasty meal, and is served in the traditional way. However, be prepared to wait, as the service is very slow and the tables who arrive later somehow get served earlier. Consider to eat here if you have 2-3 hours...for a meal.

From the food and wine to the guests and decor, this was very Austrian. A joy to eat outside in the evening warmth and take in the local buzz all around. Cooking good and portions substantial; fresh local wines and good seasonal dishes. A very pleasant plce for a night out.

If I am not mistaken the S'Pfiff belongs to the famous Huber family who own quite a few restaurants/Heurigen in Vienna. They serve rather traditional dishes, exceptional desserts and very good wines. In the summer it is nice to be able to sit outside in the garden - but take a mosquito repellent as you will need it. I always enjoy going there to meet friends, have a meal and a chat and then get on to doing other chores. In the evening you do need a reservation.
